Our CSA this week included:
Beets – Boiled and Served with Butter
Potatoes – Potato and Ham Soup tomorrow
Rutabegas/Turnips – Roasted Root Veggies Saturday
Cabbage – Coleslaw
Collards/Kale – Creamed Greens
Salad Greens – Lunch this Week
Carrots – Will Add These to the Soup
Leeks – Soup
Brussel Sprouts – Shredded and Fried with Bacon!
Only three weeks left on our winter CSA, I can’t believe how fast it has gone. That will be it until June, boo hoo!
