I guess it is because I am of German descent, but a dinner of pork chops with buttered noodles and a vegetable is right up my alley. I grilled up the pork chops after seasoning them with Penzey’s Pork Chop Seasoning. While they were cooking, I boiled up some egg noodles and in the last four minutes of cooking time, I added half a bag of frozen peas to the noodles. I strained the noodles and peas, tossed it with some butter and served it up with the chop.
Nothing like a good stick to your ribs dinner to get you through the chilly fall temperatures, now all I need is a slice of chocolate cake and dinner would be perfect.
