Last year I made this recipe and gave a batch to my next door neighbor, she LOVED the nuts and told me from now on this recipe should be called Christmas crack because they were so addicting! They are really easy to make, but be warned, your kitchen will smell amazing and you will be so tempted to eat these nuts straight from the pan. BEWARE – don’t try that, they come out screaming hot and need time to cool before popping them into your mouth.
I made six batches on Saturday and have another four to make before the holiday season is over. I have a bit more candy making to do before Christmas, but none are as easy to make as these. If you are searching for a last-minute holiday gift to give, think about making these – they are totally worth it!
