I just had to have pierogi for dinner, I mean really, I spent an entire day making them, the least I could do was enjoy a batch with dinner! I found some T Bone Pork Chops at the local grocery store, seasoned them with some Penzey’s Pork Chop Seasoning and the hubby grilled them off for us. I paired it with some coleslaw and the pierogi. You couldn’t ask for a better dinner.
The meat was so tender and perfectly cooked. It was also a fairly easy meal to throw together after a day spent in the kitchen on my feet. I was so glad I planned ahead and threw the coleslaw together in the morning. We had a relaxing dinner, I sipped on a nice glass of Malbec and the hubby was pretty happy with his beer. To be completely honest with you, once I finished cleaning up dinner, I took the rest of my glass of wine, sat down on the couch and didn’t move until bed time. Pierogi making is hard work!
